The Roadmap

Six moves, in order: take a number, mint, open the boxes, ring The Bell, ten Crash Days a year, and survive to earn, forever. Here is where we are and what comes next.

01NOWSince 31 Aug 2026

The Queue is open

The teaser and The Queue are live at dotcom.systems. Sign the guestbook with X. It makes your wallet and takes your number in one move, no email. Your handle is your spot in The Queue. The $1 tier is for Queue wallets only, one unit per wallet, first come.
02NEXTAfter The Queue freezes

The Mint: 5,555 units, two tiers

The Queue freezes, then the mint opens. 5,555 startups, priced in ETH from the live Chainlink oracle at the moment you mint: 555 @ $1 (Queue wallets only, one per wallet, first come, with a Merkle proof), then 4,445 @ $5, open to The Queue first and then to the public, 10 per transaction and 25 per wallet. 555 are reserved and never offered for sale. Each whole $DOTCOM you hold is one startup, but at mint it is still a sealed mystery box. Mint quotes the exact price from the chain before you sign. Nothing mints at The Bell.
03SOONWithin 24 to 72h of each batch

The Reveal: the boxes open

Batches close at 555 units or 24 hours, whichever comes first, and each is revealed within 72 hours by an operator commit-reveal (with a permissionless fallback so it can never stall). When a box opens, your unit becomes a specific startup with a camp (Survivors or Bubble), a track (one of five), and a round (Garage → Unicorn ’99). Track the countdown on Reveal. The sealed box is shown below.
04SOONAfter the mint closes

The Bell: the market opens

The mint closes, then one transaction rings The Bell: it seeds the single canonical DOTCOM/WETH pool on Robinhood Chain, starts the fee clock at 90% falling to 3% over 87 minutes, freezes the metadata, and unlocks transfers. Trading starts here. Every trade pays an immutable 3% fee, and two thirds of it is set aside for people who have survived their startups. There is only ever one pool and one Bell.

The first Crash Day

Ten fixed dates a year, each the anniversary of a real dot-com moment, hand one camp or track a 1.5× or 2.0× multiplier on its WETH for 24 hours UTC. The first after launch is October 9 (NASDAQ bottom, 2002 → the Everything Store track, 2.0×). The full live calendar, read straight from the contract, is on Crash Days. More on why they matter below.
06ONGOINGFrom launch, forever

Survive, claim, and earn

Burn the one token behind a startup and it survives the crash: it stops being tradeable and, for as long as the pool trades, earns a share of the fee on each trade, in WETH, weighted by its round, its Crash Day multipliers, and whether you hold a STONK BROKER. If nothing trades, nothing accrues. Claim whenever you like from The Desk. Survival is one-way. The census only ever moves in one direction.
the mystery box - before the reveal

Until it’s revealed, every one of the 5,555 shows the exact same thing: one sealed mystery box, booting up:

The mystery box that every startup shows before it is revealed
Every one of the 5,555 shows this until it’s revealed.

On reveal, the box opens into that startup’s own 1999 homepage, with a camp, one of five tracks, and a round. Flip one from pre-crash to survived to see what surviving does to the art:

why Crash Days matter

Ten dates are fixed immutably in the contract at deploy. Nobody, not even the admin Safe, can add, move, or remove one. Each is the anniversary of a real dot-com event: Netscape’s IPO, the NASDAQ peak, Pets.com’s liquidation, and so on.

On a Crash Day, for 24 hours UTC starting 00:00, one camp or one track earns a 1.5× or 2.0× multiplier on the WETH its survivors pull from the fee stream. It is a single timestamp check in the payout engine. The dates never move, so a survivor can plan around them a year out.

They are not tied to our launch date. They are fixed calendar anniversaries that recur annually, forever. We launch in September 2026; the first Crash Day the community will trade through is October 9, 2026. The January, March, and April dates fire on those dates in 2027; the calendar simply loops. See the live countdowns and multipliers on Crash Days.

the community

Telegram and Discord open around The Bell and run on the Crash Day calendar, with announcements at T-24h and T0 for every Crash Day, plus the reels. Links appear here the moment each channel is live (we don’t ship dead links):

dotcom.systems is a leading provider of survival. 5,555 startups. One crash. Burn the token behind a startup and it survives the crash: it leaves the tradeable supply and earns a share of the fee on each trade in the pool, for as long as the pool trades. Rewards are promotional and are not investment income.

Robinhood Chain. Rewards are promotional and are not investment income. This is a game about a crash.
