The Queue
Take a number. One tap signs you in with X and your number is yours. Your wallet is made for you, no email, and your handle is your spot.
Loading The Queue...
1. Signing in with X creates a real wallet.
No seed phrase, no email, no extension. Setup makes a real Ethereum wallet for your X login. The key is kept in Turnkey's locked hardware, not in your browser and not on our server. It's a normal wallet: you can fund it, trade with it, export it. It's yours.
2. Your number is locked to that wallet.
When The Queue freezes (right before launch), every wallet in it is written into the frozen $1 list. 555 of the 5,555 units are offered at $1 to wallets on that list only, one unit per wallet, first come. The list can hold far more wallets than there are $1 units, so a place on it is eligibility, not an allocation.
3. Mint with the same X login, or pay public price.
On launch day, come back and sign in with the same X account. That gives you the same wallet, and while $1 units remain the contract charges that wallet $1 for one of them. Once the 555 are gone, every remaining unit is $5, 10 per transaction and 25 per wallet, open to The Queue first and then to the public at the same price for everyone. Being in The Queue is what makes the $1 tier reachable at all. It does not reserve a unit for you, and if the 555 are gone when you arrive you mint at $5 like anyone else.
Signing The Queue costs nothing and buys nothing. It is a place in line, not an offer, an allocation, or an investment, and any rewards a survived startup later earns are promotional distributions of trading fees, not investment income.
The only ongoing fee is the pool's fee on trades. It settles at a permanent 3% of the WETH side 87 minutes after The Bell and applies to every wallet equally from then on. In those first 87 minutes it opens at 90% and falls one point a minute, and wallets registered from the frozen Queue list pay 3% throughout. After The Queue freezes, one free registration transaction (gas only) puts a Queue wallet on that list from the first block. Registration is a transaction; joining The Queue is not. Two thirds of the fee goes to survived startups. Minting has no hidden fees: the tier price, converted to ETH at the oracle rate read inside your transaction, is the whole of what the contract charges. You also pay network gas, as with any transaction.
