Ondo's tokens can be created and redeemed at any hour on Ethereum and BNB Chain, weekends included. Robinhood's cannot be on weekends. So the two can drift apart while the share itself is not trading. A Uniswap pool joins each pair: anyone who swaps the dearer token for the cheaper one there closes the gap, and the people who fund the pool earn the fee.
Prices are per token: Robinhood's is its live quote, Ondo's is the pool's rate times that. The gap compares them per share, using the shares each token follows (Robinhood's from its quote, Ondo's from its own oracle). Depth is what each pool holds within 2% of its price. Fees are the pool's fee for the next swap each way, set by the StablePair hook. Everything is read from Robinhood Chain every 30 seconds.
